An airplane's wing loses its ability to generate lift when the airplane stalls.
This video, by Joey Hemming, captures our execution of a power-off stall. The engine is brought to an idle with full flaps deployed. The aircraft's pitch is then increased until the stall horn blares and the stall results in a loss of lift. |
